The mount of the Komura can't be identified from the picture, however if it's not a Canon mount it's very unlikely that an adaptor is available. It would make much more sense to look for some nice Canon FD lenses, like the 50mm F/1.8, they can be found quite cheaply these days.

The 7000 works fine with rechargeables. Actually there were two battery holders, one for AAA's and one for AA's. I think the OP's camera has the one for AAA's which is slimmer,

Actually the camera was designed so that a plain Baldina could be upgraded to a coupled rangefinder Super Baldina by replacing the whole top assembly. Look at the picture below, an old camera catalogue, saying that the upgrade cost £8.8.0 (eight pounds eight shillings). This suggests that removing the top might not be too difficult. Between guide numbers and TTL there was the non-TTL auto system in which the flashgun controlled the exposure via a light sensor on the front. it's still very usable as I suggested in an earlier post: But yes, TTL was found to be unreliable on digital SLR's because of the shiny nature of the sensor.
