    I had a Norman 200b with lightstand adapters that had one of those there was no pin in any of mine and I bought some new. I found a photo that I hope shows you what it is for IN this photo that hole would be in line with the right

    Rice or beans in a Ziplock bag possibly inside of another bag. Like someone said if you travel just take the bag then buy what you need at your destination,

    Took another sip of coffee. The pin or bolt I don't think you will find that at at photography store either online or at a brick and motor store. Take it to hardware store perferably One of the smaller ones that still has their hardware in drawers. If you are out of the US be aware that it is not a metric thread.

I have the thesehttp://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/63118-REG/Wein_W940001_PN_Peanut_Slave_100.html<br> They plug right into the side of either a 283 or 285<br> Just a note though you are having trouble getting them to go off try changing the batteries in the flash. they seem to be sensitive to less then fresh batteries.</p>
