  1. I recently collaborated with this "PR" woman on a photoshoot with an actress. There was no compensation, or contract, just email exchange that I will be properly credited in the publication. She just sent me tear sheets of my photos not only being used in the Magazine but also as the cover. However, not only was my credits no where to be found, they labeled the Photographer as the PR woman. I told her to fix it because I didn't give them rights to use photos without credit or compensation, and all she said was "it wasn't intentional". How do I proceed legally? The magazines are already printed on stands.
