<p>I just dug one out of the closet that hasn't been opened in years. I opened the back just now .<br> It does take some pressure to close, I used both my thumbs.<br> Now it wouldn't open easy, had to press the back in to release the latch. Oh well ?? </p>

<p>Mine does the same thing, have checked all the connections, re-plugged them in and still a no go.</p>
