1. Just tried the Webcam Beta and it works with 7D II ! Haven't tried it with 5D IV yet. Thanks Canon!
 2. And that’s why I’m reaching out to the forum! There’s a lot of resources and experiences represented here. Thanks!
 3. Thanks but dealers say they need a CC part number and Canon Direct and Canon store don’t stock the item or have a part number. I spent quite a bit of time with several Canon support staff and they couldn’t believe me until they searched for it. I use the grip for other reasons, not just for extended battery life. I can swap batteries very quick but an associate lost use of a grip (7D II) because the magazine he was using finally cracked beyond what Super Glue could repair! A new grip was the only option for almost three months before he found a Canon replacement. I don’t want the same thing to happen with my 5D IV. ( I actually have an extra magazine for my 7D II!) I understand making battery grips non-interchangeable but it would be nice if you could swap magazines!
 4. Thanks for the reply. I have found older magazines on eBay but not the one for the 5D IV. I would have thought that over a year on the market would have brought some options. Great suggestions though! Unfortunately, I don’t have any local repair shops so I may have to keep looking online.
 5. I am trying to get an extra battery magazine for my battery grip, the BG-E20. The part number on the magazine and the one listed in "Package contents", is BGM-E20L. Canon parts has no such item listed/in inventory. Does that mean when the time comes that I lose or break mine, I have to buy a new battery grip for my 5D IV? Any suggestions? I had the same issue with a replacement magazine for my 7D II (BG-E16) but finally found the Canon Part number to order it! (#CC341956) Happy New Year!
 6. Check page 495-503 of the manual. Menu: Camera- Tab 3, Under Custom Controls, Select the multi-controller. Change to Direct AF Point Selection. Is this what you are looking for?
 7.
Check page 450 of the manual. See if that will do what you want.

 8.
For $150-200 more, consider the 16-35 f/4 with IS. I love mine!
I sold my 17-40 and replaced it with the 16-35.

 9.
Let me know if you don't have the manual.
BTW: Nice first name!
Greg

 10.
Try Page 74. Set to Standard or Auto Switch Media.
FYI: With the III and above, they changed how to modify this setting.

 11.
Page 58 of manual. In M, Bulb or with Flash, you are limited to ISO 400. Other modes 100-3200.
