I had some fun with this image. I put into Topaz and used their smudge tool to create the smooth dreamy effect. The other steps included the dehaze, clarity, and frame tool.

I put this image in topaz and made the following adjustments: Adjusted tonal curves HSL Color tuning Increased contrast lighten shadows used 25% smudge tool removed haze from sky added Digital frame
