  1. Tried that. It’s just not compatible. Thanks thought.
  2. Hello, I have a Nikon F5 that I used to use a sb 800 with. I went to my rental spot and they now have the 910 in place of the 800. I rented one after confirming with the rental house that it would work with my F5. I have a 28-70 f2.8 D lens on the body but I’ve not been able to get the flash to seemingly recognize the iso on the camera or the focal length of the lens. The flash will fire but I’m not sure it’s actually reading the scene. Any ideas? Thanks.
  3. I've been using 8x10 trays. Funny enough I initially purchased 11x14 but exchanged them because I was concerned about the volume of chemistry I would need.
  4. Hello All, I processed about 80, 8x10 sheets of black and white film at home in trays recently. On some of them, there appears to be uneven development towards the edges. I believe it may be from me pushing the film down in the developer after I move a sheet from the bottom of the stack to the top. As the developer is displaced there is some turbulence at the edges of the tray which may be causing more developer to come into contact with the edges of the film. All that said, I am thinking of trying deep tank developing. I have the tanks but have not been able to find much on how to agitate. If anyone has experience processing sheet film in deep tanks, I would greatly appreciate the insight. Thank you.
  5. Hello all, I have some 8x10 film I'd like to tray develop using Rodinal/R09 and I plan on using the 1+25 dilution. I've searched everywhere but have not been able to find a spec sheet that says what the minimum amount of developer needed per roll/8x10 sheet is. I could simply double the amount of mixed solution, i.e. 52 ounces comprised of 2 oz of developer and 50 oz of water, but I'd rather us 26 oz if that contains enough developer. I'd like to process 3-4 sheets at a time. Does anyone here have personal experience using Rodinal with 8x10 film or know where I can find the info? Thanks.
