Hi everyone, I'm Dave from UK. Born and bred on the sunny south coast but now living in chilly South Yorkshire. I have loved photography for many years, I'm no professional but I feel this is the best community to learn and share my thoughts and photos. I like to photography anything and everything. Currently I'm in to bird photography, waterfalls and the moon. My partner also loves photography and we share a Nikon P900. Whilst clearing out my grandfather's place I came across this tripod which I believe to be a Gitzo. It says Gitzo r3+ on the head and stands at around 8ft fully extended. It has the usual signs of wear and one of the plastic knobs is cracked but it is a beautiful looking beast and I feel too good to be thrown away. I thought surely someone could use it.
