Michael, Thanks to your excellent instructions, I was able to fix this problem on my FE. I have an FM (serial 2377xxx) with the same problem, however the mechanism is different from the FE/FE2/FM2 that you show above. Would you happen to know how the stop works in that camera? Thanks!
