Did you ever get the information? I sometimes think about getting a Norman Tri-Lite to use with Speedotron packs, but don't want to spend the money unless I know what wires to switch out. Thanks!

If I remember correctly (its been a while since I worked with Norman modifiers), the mount on their beauty dish is molded in. You would need to cut that out of the dish with a jigsaw and attach a Speedotron speedring insert. And that depends on the diameter of the Norman mount being smaller than the Speedotron mount so there is some metal there to attach the Speedotron ring to. I can't recall ever seeing an adapter from Norman to Speedotron.
