1.
Thanks guys, been shooting with RB67s since the early 80s--still love that camera and thos big sweet lenses. I finally had my first stuck lens just today (an old student camera--mine are all good!); looked here, and the clip trick was easy, once I found the hole.

Thanks!
Clint Burhans
Superiorphotodesign.com

 2.
Douglas,
Well, that is embarrassing; I have been shooting, from 8x10, to 35, since the 80s, but my medium-format has been all Pentax 6x7, and the Mamiya RB67, which has separate cocking and winding. I was, as you suggest, cocking with the crank then winding the already-advanced film right on through. Operator error!
Thank you for the quick, accurate, and complete response!

 3.
Hello All,

I am pretty camera literate, but was given my first Hasselblad recently. I read the manual and put a coupe of rolls through that came out well. I am now in Algonquin Park and when I load a roll, which I am still a bit clumsy at, it winds to 1, will shoot, then winds through to end of roll. I have gone over the manual, re-loaded a ruined roll a few times, and it still goes to one, stops, cock and shoot, then winds happily through to end of roll. Am I, or have I done something wrong or is my free back broken?
Any help appreciated; hoped to shoot film tomorrow!
