Hi all, We are doing some video work using DSLR's and have been working with boom mics plugged into the audio in which work very well. For a single person setup, we'd like to clip the microphone into the hotshoe and use it that way. I can find hotshoe to 1/4" adapters but I cannot for the life of me find a hotshoe adapter to 5/8" which is the standard thread for microphone clips. Any ideas? I'm in the UK btw. Thanks!
