<p>I am assuming I once used a similar type lens: Tokina 100mm macro.<br> <br />It had an aperture ring which must be locked, at the minimum aperture (in my case it was f32) otherwise the camera's s/w does not know how to set the aperture. Tokina has the lock button, I am assuming that Nikkor has it too. Once the manual aperture ring is locked, the FEE error disappears.</p>
