    Sundial

Unusual, multi-faceted sundial presented to the City of Baltimore around 1890 and located at the Rawlings Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
  6. Thanks for the info. I tried what Shun Cheung suggested, and with the change of the F5 option for Aperture Setting to OFF, I can rotate the lens' aperture ring and see a preview of the depth of field at various settings in live view without having first exit live view, change the aperture setting and then reenter liveview. I can get the same functionality when viewing the image through the prism finder by continuously holding down the depth of field preview button while rotating the aperture ring. This is with a Nikon D type lens.
  7. Has anyone had any experience using a non CPU lens in Live View mode? I want to be able to rotate the aperture ring on the lens and watch the change in the depth of field of the image while in live view mode. I have tried doing this with a Nikon "D" series lens, but the camera becomes inoperable and flashes the "EE" error message if the aperture ring is rotated off of its minimum aperture value (i.e f/32). The camera I'm using is a Nikon D7100. I was curious if it would be worth getting a non CPU lens to be able to use it with this camera's live view mode in this fashion. Thanks, Bill
  8. Hello: Is there an autofocus tracking feature in Live View when shooting a video with the Nikon D7100? Or does one have to continually adjust the focus manually when shooting a moving subject?
