The 75mm Nikkor on the S2a was one sharp lens. That was a great camera combination sometimes referred to as the "poor man's Hasselblad". I do not think it gave up much, if anything, in image quality to the Hasselblad. Is this a self-portrait?

@Jon Eckman Ah, yes, "Cat TV". You are a brave man to risk an LCD monitor. We use an old 42 inch Panasonic Plasma TV. It is build like a tank. Neither of our two 14+ pound cats has been able to dent it or even scratch the real glass display.

After the owlets fledge, do they nest in the area or do they depart to find other homes? I would assume over the fourteen years most have left if for no other reason than to find sufficient food.

Just what I wanted, Shun. Thank you very much.

I do not know why the link to the video review of the 28-75 G2 (for the Sony mount) shows up as a black line in my post, but it you click on the "black line, the review on YouTube will play. Shun, if you can fix it, will you, please. I can no longer edit my post.

Here is a review of the G2 lens for the Sony mount. It would appear that the G2 is a distinct improvement over the older model which Nikon is selling under its name. https://youtu.be/26pjqVssOUQ

It is Sunday March 17th (also known as St. Patrick's Day). Only one image has anyone wearing green - one small figure in Jon Eckman's image. Where are the Shamrocks and Leprechauns? 😉

Didn't Alan Shepard play golf on the Apollo 14 mission? Or at least hit a couple of golf balls around while on the moon. Of course 20 fps might be a little overkill to capture the event. -

I hope you were using a long lens. Kitty looks hungry and interested.

I have not had any problems seeing the images in Dieter's posts. It could be simply timing - when you looked, the site was down.
