Think it to be a vacation snap. I don't see the scheming artist behind it.

I want to crop it, but I can't, takes too much out of it, Wish I could see the whole thing at once. Keep the manhole, Do the over brightening. Really nice shot.

Beautiful scene. I Suggest cropping the right significantly. The image is in the left side; work with that. I think there is a hanger in there, somewhere.

I liked it; enjoyed being there. Some minor PS touches: Darken the basement completely. No need to struggle to see what's in there which would only be a distraction anyway. As mentioned, get rid of the parts in the LH lower corner. And if you can extend the bottom and complete the tire. Basic photoshop, could be done on a digital copy of this photo.

Crop 80%. The wide open spaces offer nothing.

Pavel, It's certainly a dramatic picture, a good recording of a scene, but from an artistic stand point the graphic distracts from the image, giving rise to what may be a controversial idea. I realize that it is part of the scene ,but it becomes a testimonial instead of art.

Michael, I think what loses me in this pic are the two bands of background, One the dark featureless trees and the equally featureless band of blue water.
