1.
You were right Raid about the 80-200/4L lens. Shot some close ups using the macro settings at 80mm & 100mm settings and very pleased with results.

 3.
Just purchased a Canon New FD 80-200mm f/4 L Lens from Japan for $216 in excellent condition and will be shooting with it this weekend. Also have a Canon FD 100-300mm f/5.6 L and am very pleased with results when shooting wildlife. Both of these lenses will be replacing older FD versions of the same zoom range for their lighter weight and better optics. Their slower speed is not much of an issue if using ISO 400 or 800 film as you can usually stop down to an f 8 or 11 and retain good sharpness.

 4.
Recently joined and looking forward to expanding and improving my skills. Have been using Canon F1 since mid 70s and recently acquired a 6 X 7 medium format. Have been away from photography for several years due to job etc. Primary interest is in macro work, nature and landscapes. Hope to learn and share info and pictures soon.
