1.
I would be composing images only using the viewfinder, no manual focus for me.

 2.
Hi!
I am looking to buy my first DSLR and have decided to go with D5500/D5300. It meets all my requirements but there is one concern. I have heard that it's viewfinder is painfully small and not bright enough. Is it really the case? If so, how to manage with it? Should I go one level up and buy D7200 instead? Since this is my first DSLR I don't wish to spend too much. Please guide.
Thanks

 3.
Hi!

I am interested in learning Photoshop, Lightroom and some other photo manipulating softwares. Right now, I dont have the money to buy a camera. Can I learn those softwares and to enhance photos without a camera? If so, where do I get sample images to work with?

Thanks

 4.
Hi!
Is it possible to get the same amount and quality of bokeh as FX cameras on DX cameras? What prime lenses should I use to get the maximum bokeh? Can it be done using image editing softwares?
Thanks

 5. Hello! I am on a very tight budget. My budget is around $175 - $200 for CPU and montherboard combo. I wont be creating a workflow. I would pick a single picture in RAW and edit using either Photoshop or Lightroom or similar software. Is i3 processor enough for my need? I know it won't be super fast, but I dont want it to be sluggish so that I have to wait after every command. Please help. Thanks
 6.
I totally agree with you JC Uknz. DSLRs, indeed are a costly affair.

 7. Thanks guys. I think D5300 would be a nice one. Now, please suggest a good normal zoom lens that is sharp and has less chromatic aberration so that I dont have to post process much later. I was looking for 18-140, but some say it is soft. 16-85 is expensive. Please help.
 8. So, is D5500's AF system any better than D3300's AF system? Will D5500 perform better in low light? Should I increase my budget and get D5500 instead. It will be very difficult for me to extend my budget just for the autofocus system. I will need to increase my budget by around $400.
 9. Thanks to all of you for helping me. I have one more question. How is autofocus of D3300? As I said I have become interested in taking photos children playing and jumping (not serious action, just jumping here and there) and night photography. Will it limit those styles?
 10.
Hi BeBu!
What do mean by one wheel? Is this camera not suitable for using manually?

 11. Thanks Craig. Is 8GB RAM and i3 processor combo good enough for photoshop, lightroom and other editing?
 12. My PC has a 1 GB RAM and 2 GHz processor. When I tried to open a 10 MB file yesterday, it was struggling to open it.
 13. Thanks Rob. I think my budget is like as cheap as possible. I was also thinking about double kit lens option but it's going slightly above my budget.
 14. Hi! I wish to learn photography and I have finally decided to start my venture with a Nikon D3300. However, I am undecided on the lens selection. I have a tight budget. 1.) Which of these combinations will be a better one? i. D3300 body only with 35mm f1.8G DX lens - $452 ii. D3300 with 18-55 VRII - $536 iii. D3300 with 18-55 VR II + 35mm f1.8G DX lens - $674 2.) Will this camera limit my learning in any way especially in manual mode? I am interested in night photography, capturing street children playing, portaits etc. 3.) Is shooting in live view a challenge with this camera? 4.) I dont have a computer that is capable enough to even open the large files captured from such cameras, forget editing. Is it going to be a waste of money if I buy the camera without upgrading my computer? I hope to get some good advice. Thanks
