Hello everybody, i will try to explain a feeling or a thought and i will be glad to hear your opinions about it.

I'm a photographer that has pretty much only worked with my Canon
Digital Rebel I bought a couple years back. I'm upgrading my digital
to a Nikon D200 soon..

So I got accepted to quite a few art schools on the east coast. Where

Hi there! First time poster here. I have a Kombi camera from the 1890s that I cut 120 film in half to fit. Unfortunately I've not been able to find a reel small enough to fit that film size (about 1.5 in wide). So far to develop this film I've rigged my trays with cloths hanger wire so that the film stays under the chemistry when I do what I call the orangutan arm processing method (not sure if it had a technical name). Development can be blotchy and inconsistent though... could be I just...

Hello all. I stumbled upon this site when I was looking for a bit of information on an old camera, namely an AGFA Silette SL. It looked like an interesting place, so here I am. Originally from Scotland, I have, aside from a period in the 1970s, been living in Australia since 1958.

I have been taking photographs since the early 1960s, of which I intend to post a selection. I also have all of my late father's photographs (he passed away in 2012), which include colour slides of our journey...

So like a lot of folks, we're hunkered down for April, maybe beyond. I'd like to experiment with some colored gels today, but I don't have any on hand, and everything online is delayed by at least a week. Anybody have any tips for making CTO and CTB gels using normal household items? This may be a long shot, but I thought I would ask. Thanks!
