I am a professional nature and adventure photographer living in beautiful Moab, Utah. As the owner and operator of Moab Photo Workshops ( I enjoy showing other photographers the diverse landscape around Moab, and helping them take their photography to the next level through hands-on instruction. Every time I wander into the desert, mountains or canyons that surround Moab I am in awe of this gorgeous area I call home. I use Canon digital equipment and process all images in Adobe Lightroom 2 and Photoshop CS4. Though I am a big fan of the digital darkroom I strive to create images in the field that are as close to complete as possible. As such, I still use optical filters during the image creation process. I guess I would rather be watching the sunset paint sandstone arches in alpenglow than sitting in an office staring at a computer screen. My photos have been used internationally for editorial and commercial applications. I am represented by Age Fotostock and sponsored by Lowepro. Be sure to say "hi" if you find yourself in my neck of the woods!
