That's me. That's a lemur. Some day I'll figure out how to make a living driving around taking pictures of things like lemurs. Until then, I work as a creative director at an ad agency in New York. I've also lived in Boston, Denver, Detroit and the back of a Subaru Outback. During my year in the car, I traveled to every U.S. state compiling images for my first book, American Hydrant, published by Santa Monica Press in 2004. My photography and writing has appeared in magazines like Popular Photography, Spa, and Outdoor Photographer, and has even made its way to Broadway, serving as a backdrop to the hit play Impressionism, starring Jeremy Irons and Joan Allen. I've been awarded by Nature's Best, Communication Arts and Luerzer's Archive. Thanks for taking a look.
