I am a system analyst working for the Government of Quebec in Quebec city.
A systems analyst is an individual who participates in the development, implementaion and maintenance of systems. The analyst studies a problem and decides what procedures, methods, or techniques are required for a computer solution to the problem. Analysts aslo gather and analyse data, document systems, desigh forms and test systems.
