BIOGRAPHY
My first camera was a Boy Scout 127 format camera purchased in 1959 for $5. My first SLR was a Topcon Auto 100.
I worked for "the Big Yellow Father" for just shy of 1,000,000,000 seconds. I designed processes for Ektachrome super 8 movies, managed the formula for Kodachrome and some Ektachrome films, and helped design several new color negative films. Now I work for an older, more established firm in Rochester.
I enjoy photographing scenic shots and sporting events. I started using Photoshop with version 3.0 to edit scans of film images.
I also enjoy collecting antique cameras, especially movie cameras.
