BIOGRAPHY
I am in love with life and appreciate the opportunity to share with others through photography. You will quickly realise my photography giftings are limited. I am always learning and open to suggestions and I hope to glean from your expertise with digital photography. A bit about myself. I am a senior citizen in the USA. I came of age in the 60's. It was both a fun and a horrific time in my life and in our country. Unforgettable for certain!!

We come here to remember those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever. May all who leave here know the impact of violence. May this Memorial offer comfort peace hope and serenity.

The Reflecting Pool is where the Federal Building once stood

This Garden of peace was created due to an act of incomprenensible violence. It is bordered with 9:01 and 9:03 A large reflecting pool encourages soul searching in hopes of rendering peace.

To the left note a row of lighted images. These are the chairs of the victims. They are always lit. Each chair has the name of the person. The smaller chairs are those of the children that perished.

This is the reflecting pool looking toward the 9:01 Wall.It was breezy when I shot this image. I was hoping for a quiet still night. Life was not calm in our little city. Perhaps this truely reflects the turmoil created in our hearts.

Taken several years ago..before digital.Panoramic of the National Memorial with lights of Okalhoma City in backdrop

I am standing at the remaining wall of the Murray Federal Building viewing the chairs.

The Victims Memorial Chairs at twilight

Closer view of the Chairs. The back wall is the only remaining strucure of the Federal Building. There is a Chair for each victim inscripted with their name. The smaller chairs are for the children that persihed.

View with St Josephs Cathedral in background. The century old beautiful church has been restored

Hope!!! If this tree can survive..with God's help so can the wounded lives of the survivors
