I'm originally from Chester in north west England, now I live in Maidenhead, a few miles west of London. br
I have a background in laboratory science and now I'm a freelance writer and photographer.br
When I'm not writing or taking photos, I spend a lot of my time involved with cricket. I'm a qualified coach and umpire, I umpire for a for a local club and the MCC, and have played as far as county over 50 cricket. I like to spend a lot of time watching cricket, as a rule, at Lord's Cricket Ground in London. br
I'm an equestrian photographer specialising in polo, but I enjoy most subjects and spend as much time as possible shooting polo in the summer and rugby in the winter. br
My work is published internationally in sports and lifestyle magazines and I've won awards for sports, travel and wildlife photography.
I use Canon digital equipment commercially and have a variety of film cameras for fun.br
