Over the years, I've gotten a couple of good shots. You've gotten hundreds of them! Delightful tour of some of the wonders of nature. Don't ever stop.

I have no idea how you do your "water" shots but I sure enjoy them. You also probably deserve the designation of "Mr. Bugman of PN World". Keep them coming!

Scott, you have so many beautiful photos!!! I especially love your insect photos. I go into schools and give entomology presentations. It's wonderful to see all the insects from my displays captured in their natural surroundings. I have taken a few insect photos but still have a lot to learn.

Scott, I arrived here after following your latest critique submission -- the spectacularly sharp hummingbird -- to its genesis. What an achievement that is! (I mean freezing the hummer as you did, not finding your portfolio!) You surely have the macro art down to an exact science, in both your primary subjects and in the art itself. You have scores of stunning -- and beautiful -- nature shots in your gallery. My hat's off to you.

You are right, my Image is entirely generated by my renderer ... Modelings are done in Maya and the rest is just texturemaps and algorithms. there where no camera involved just my laptop!

Your birds and insects are truly extraordinary. I notice some were done with the same Canon 100mm macro I use... only rarely do I get anything approaching the quality of yours. They inspire me to practice more.

Fantastic portfolio... dogs, birds, bugs, and lots of fun; who could ask for more!! Really enjoyed the "Amber" series (I've never seen a Lab howl before, but I do believe they can play chess!). The birds are all great, but "Looking Deep Within" made me laugh! Great images, all!!

Your portfolio is so good, so utterly spectacular, that it makes me a little depressed with my work... but I'll struggle on and look at your work for inspiration!

I love your bug work but I'm a big dog freak and even have a yellow Lab, too. Among several dogs. But, anyway, one of the best groups of photographs I've seen in a very long time. You are very talented!

Dear Scott, I can hardly ad anything to what people have already said about quality of your work. I am very please to find your portfolio - it is great quality work as well as very educative as well. I didn't know that humming birds are soooo small and bugs have such elaborate facial features :)
