Toadstool Hoodoo
Dude, where the heck is that Toadstool Hoodoo place, and how do I get there?! Also, the areas where you shot the "Pine Tree" on the Zion Plateau? I'm going to the general area in two weeks for a shoot, and wondered if you might give me some specific directions. I'll be coming from Vegas.

Hi Mark,
The pine tree on Zion plateau is right by the Zion-Mt Carmel highway. If you are coming in from the Mt. Carmel side entrance (east entrance), then it is couple of miles from the entrance on your left. Toadstool Hoodoo is near the Paria river ranger station (between Kanab and Page) ---there is a dirt lot and you walk maybe a mile along a wash. You should drop by the Kanab BLM ranger station and they can give you exact directions. Get Laurent Martres's Photographing the Southwest vol.1 2nd ed. It'll tell you all you need to know and is worth its weight in gold.

Your compositions are amazing and very artistic. I felt the scanning had issues and the saturation was more towards north end. Otherwise I thinking it is extremely promising.
