This shot was taken with an EOS 5d Mk II using a Canon EF 24-105/4L IS USM lens on a 25mm extension tube. A 550EX speedlite was mounted on an off camera shoe cord and held ove a translucent screen surrounding the subject. Focus was done manually. Exposure control was E-TTL II automatic. ISO 800, f16, 1/200s
