I started out with a yellow happy face and multiplied it in

photoshop, making others different colors. I then made a print, put

it under a bowl of water, and shot away. The only manipulation is

some tiny spots cloned out of the water. I hope you enjoy it.

Amazing! 7/7

BTW. The top dropplet somehow instantly reminded me of the Amiga Ball. (Amiga Rule(s/d)!)

Thanks everybody for the comments.

David, I took a little over a 1000 shots and this was number 415. It kind of seems like a ridiculous amount, doesn't it?:) I ended up with quite a few that are about as good as this one.

Skip - 1/100 sec., f13, iso200. The paper that I used was more behind the bowl than directly underneath it, so I had a 580ex flash firing from the side directly down to the paper without going through any water. I had a 430ex firing from the other side straight across, level with the water. Both flashes were firing at 1/16 power.

A great addition to a great series. I love the reflections in the two balls one the end and the distorted faces at the base of the drop.
