LAGUNA AMARGA, WINTER SUNRISE

Laguna Amarga, Torres del Paine, was frozen. Various days of temperatures around -10°C have frozen this beautiful salty lake. Here at sunrise. If you are around, there are plenty of interesting foregrounds, just look after them and avoid the tipical ones. (The Photographer, Daniel Bruhin W.)

I forgot to inform you, that I do not have yet any digital lens for the D800. Picture was taken with prime 24mm 2.0, AI-S Manual lens. (I am so happy to have kept all of them, some 10 different prime lenses). The most important in a photo, is to watch first which foreground(s). This is what I did here, and I am very happy of the result. I have been on that lake a hundred of times, but on each visit I see something new. Though it was the first time I saw it completely frozen, so something new for me. Thanks for looking and rating. (The photographer).
