Hi Jorge,

A nice moment captured.

I would have shot this without any flash and with the 70 mm wide open or at least at F/4.

The reason was that my point of focus (the woman) would be sharp, the shutter speed would be faster to stop the motion, and the background would still be recognizable due to its size.

I really do not find any portion of this scene well focused, perhaps the auto focus could not keep up with the fast action or locked onto the background elements before the foreground subjects.

The ISO 800 is fine, and if more speed was required , ISO 1600 would work fine , too.

The flash did not seem to play much, if any, role here.

Best Regards my friend, Mike

I know it is off focus, but I could not resist to see how many photographers will look at it because of the young beauties. In less that 5 minutes 20 PN members have look at it. Here goes another one I took that day.

Hi Jorge,

I am not surprised that "young beautiful women" are going to attract attention no matter how they are captured.

For me, I look at the technical side of what was done and how it was done, as the content itself has no influence over what I address in the technical areas.

You second image is very nice as well my friend.

Best Regards, Mike

Hello Jorge, I like this image, it shows a true spirit and genuine emotion, much happiness. The colors are fine and I love the footware.....;-)

Fiesty catch, Jorge! The technicals have been dealt with comprehensively by Mike whose pre-eminence is unquestionable. I'll confine myself to the subject and your composition. The perspective is very pleasing with the two women running towards us and the diagonalisation of the backdrop. I like the two 'triangles' in the right side corners. The two ladies are, of course, charming in their party dresses and lively poses. I like the color schema as it has worked out in this composition. Very attractive!

What a timing, and even a sense of humour... the two ladies with evening dresses, and what looks two quite  heavy suitcases...;-)). I like both versions, this one with the diagonal train  line, the other one more calm...near the hospital area...

This is what I will call, being at the right place  and at the right time..;-))

I like the humor in this shot. Not often you see a situation like this at a railway station. Is this a fasion shooting?
